Nazmul Hoque Laskaris the son of Nimar Ali Laskar. He is a resident of Buribail Part-I in the Cachar district. He is married to Rahela Begum Laskar and they have two children.
He passed his H.S.L.C.(Special) from Katigorah, Cachar under SEBA in 1991.
Nazmul Hoque Laskar is contesting the Assam Assembly election, 2021, from the Barkhola constituency for the first time as an Independent candidate.
