GUWAHATI: The Cotton University Unit of the All Assam Students' Union (AASU) on Saturday submitted a memorandum to the Academic Registrar of the university, mentioning that students of the 1st semester of the graduation courses who desire to change the Major subject are facing hurdles in doing so.
The memorandum also mentioned that some students are facing difficulty in the admission process due to vacant posts in various post-graduate departments of the university.
The ASSU unit requested that both the problems be sorted out as soon as possible by the university authorities.
