GUWAHATI: The court of the Special Judge on Monday fixed the date for charge hearing in the Dibrugarh Police case (936/2016) on the cash-for-job scam in the APSC (Assam Public Service Commission).
The court has fixed the date for charge hearing as November 15, 2021. The court was supposed to have the charge hearing today but the prosecution sought more time for the hearing and the defence also filed petitions in the court for some accused seeking some documents. Hence, the next date for charge hearing was fixed for November 15, 2021.
