Arvind Kejriwal has no plans to visit Assam: Aam Aadmi Party

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Assam announced that its national coordinator and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has not taken any decision to visit the poll-bound State.

GUWAHATI: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Assam on Wednesday announced that its national coordinator and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has not taken any decision to visit the poll-bound State for election campaigning.

Addressing the media here, AAP State coordinator Dr Bhaben Choudhury underlined that various political parties are inviting Kejriwal to the State through party in-charge Rajesh Sarma. Choudhury cleared the air that Kejriwal has no such plans to visit Assam nor the party will contest in the forthcoming polls. He added that the party will not support any political parties for the polls.
