Assam: Former Hill Area Development (HAD) minister Sum Ronghang no more

GUWAHATI: Former Assam HAD Minister Sum Ronghang passed away at a private hospital in Guwahati today. He was 61. He was a minister in Sarbananda Sonowal's cabinet. He was the CEM of the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC).
