GUWAHATI: The Assam government has posted the Joint Secretary, Industries, Commerce, and Public Enterprises Department and Managing Director of Assam Government's Construction Company Ltd. (addl), Baishali Nayak, as OSD, Assam House, New Delhi, as an additional charge.
