GUWAHATI: The Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has enhanced the rate of Dearness Allowance (DA)/Dearness Relief (DR) to its employees and pensioners by four percent with effect from July 1, 2022.
An Office Memorandum (OM) issued in this regard stated that the rate of DA/DR will be now 38 percent of basic pay.
The DA/DR for the month of October, 2022 will be paid with the salary for the month which will be paid in November next and every month thereafter. The arrear DA/DR for the months of July to September, 2022 will be paid before the ensuing Magh Bihu in January next year, the OM stated.
