GUWAHATI: Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) President Bhupen Kumar Borah appointed Imdad Hussain as Chairman of the Vichar Vibhag Department of the party, with immediate effect.
Hussain is working as the party’s secretary and spokesperson for the APCC. He is also the member of AICC (All India Congress Committee). He previously served as the state’s general secretary and vice president of the National Students’ Union of India.
