GUWAHATI: The 'Assam Rail Passengers Association' has moved the Assam government to hand over the coaches that were earlier taken over for treatments of Covid-infected patients to be released to the NFR (Northeast Frontier Railways) at the earliest.

They also demanded that all the local trains should be reopened. Association general secretary Dipak Sarma said in the organisation's memorandum that it seeks urgent redressal of its grievances in this regard.
