GUWAHATI, July 11: The Basistha police arrested one identified as Arijit Dey on the spot while he was trying to loot an ICICI bank ATM located at Beltola at around 1:55 am. According to police source, the Basistha police received a call from the Mumbai office of the ICICI bank informing the development. Immediately, a team of Basistha ps rushed to the location and apprehended Dey red handed. He was presented to the Chief Judicial Magistrate and accordingly was sent to judicial custody.
