GUWAHATI: A body of a college student was recovered on Monday in Basistha, Guwahati. The body is identified as that of Hem Chandra Gogoi. He was a student of the Government College of Arts and Crafts Assam (GCAC), in Basistha Mandir. As per sources, Hem Chandra Gogoi’s body was found in his rented house in Basistha Mandir this morning. He hails from Sadiya, Assam. In the meantime, the owner of the rented place informed the Basistha Police. The police reached the site and launched an investigation.
