GUWAHATI: A team of the Special Operation Group (SOG) of the Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) arrested Rabindra Roy (44) of BK Kakati Road on Tuesday evening and seized a consignment of 10 kg of ganja at Ulubari junction. They also seized a scooter from his possession. Legal action has been started.
