Guwahati: Dr. Krishna Kumar Dwivedi, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Assam and Principal Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Power (E) Department (additional) has been posted as Additional Principal Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi, as an additional charge.
