GUWAHATI: An East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) team from Khetri PS detained three trucks and arrested four persons on Tuesday for trying to smuggle 68 cattle to Meghalaya.
The arrested persons have been identified as Sahidul of Nagaon, Saddam Hussain and Faridul Islam of Morigaon and Raham Ali of Samuguri. Legal action has been initiated.
