GUWAHATI: Continuing the operation of illegal cattle smuggling, a team of East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from Sonapur Police Station rescued 24 cattle that were tried to smuggle into Meghalaya. The police team intercepted a truck bearing registration AS 02 CC 9904 at Digaru and rescued the cattle.
