GUWAHATI: The number of incidents of COVID-19 is increasing across the country, and Assam is no exception. Responding to State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma's appeal, the employees of Hayat Hospital, Guwahati have donated a day's salary to the Assam Arogya Nidhi Fund. Hayat Hospital MD Rajib Saikia handed over a cheque of Rs. 10 lakh to the Minister on May 15. The hospital GM Parag Jyoti Dutta and MD Rajib Saikia appreciated the relentless service being rendered by the Health Minister to keep coronavirus at bay.
