Guwahati: Despite Dispur and it adjoining areas being a high-security zone, Majibur Rahman, ex-MLA of Dhing constituency, became a victim of a mobile phone snatcher near the Assam Legislative Assembly campus at Ganeshguri on Thursday evening.
Rahman has lodged a complaint at the Dispur Police Station. Police sources said that efforts are on to find the thief.
