GUWAHATI: The Federation of Industry and Commerce of the North Eastern Region (FINER) hails the Government of Assam under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma to curb the spread of the virus in the State.
FINER, to complement the efforts of the Government of Assam towards the vaccination drive of COVID-19 has contributed a token amount of Rs 36,00,100 to Chief Minister's Relief Fund, Government of Assam. This is a collective effort of FINER members who come from small, medium and large sectors, stated a release.
Pabitra Buragohain, President-FINER handed over the cheque to the Chief Minister in presence of Minister of Industries & Commerce, Chandra Mohan Patowary, among others.
