GUWAHATI: In response to a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) challenging the Government's decision to withdraw the Assamese language paper from examinations conducted by the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC), the Gauhati High Court on Monday verbally directed the APSC not to conduct any examination without the court's permission.
The next date of hearing the matter is January 17.
