GUWAHATI: The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), Guwahati is organizing Gaura Purnima Mahotsava 2019 with a day-long programme on the premises of Sri Sri Rukmini Krishna Mandir-cum-Cultural complex at South Sarania, Ullubari Chariali on March 21.
The appearance of the preacher of Yuga dharma Harinam Sankirtan, Sri Gauranga (Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu), the incarnation of Lord Sri Krishna at Mayapur Dham of Nadia district of West Bengal on the Phalguni Purnima Tithi in 1486 is observed by the devotees of ISKCON all around the world as Gaura Purnima Mahotsava.
