GUWAHATI: The Government Railway Police (GRP) seized 40 kg of ganja kept in four packets from a compartment of the Dibrugarh-Kanyakumari Vivek Express on Wednesday. GRP sources said that the approximate value of the seized ganja is around Rs 20 lakh.
