GUWAHATI: With the Ambubachi Mela 2023 completed successfully, people have thanked and acknowledged the efforts of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC).
The urban local body ensured the smooth conduct of one of the biggest festivals of the region by carrying out several initiatives, including an uninterrupted water supply, proper roads, regular fogging to kill mosquitos and keeping the entire Nilachal Hill clean during the festival. Several officials of the organization worked tirelessly throughout the festival to ensure its smooth conduct and a comfortable stay for all devotees who visited the festival.
