GUWAHATI: In order to maintain cleanliness in the city through proper disposal of garbage, the Guwahati Municipal Corporation has procured a total of six new compactor vehicles. This equipment will help the concerned authorities keep the city clean by assisting in the disposal of the garbage collected from different parts of the city. GMC mayor Mrigen Saraniya flagged off the vehicles in the presence of several other officials in an event organised in Guwahati.
