GUWAHATI: The Jorabat Police on Friday seized three wood-laden trucks when it was travelling from Meghalaya to Jorhat. According to police sources, the wood belongs to Bhogeswar Pegu, a resident of 13th mile, who has been engaged in the illegal timber business since a long time. Pegu has been detained by the Jorabat police for further investigation.
