Guwahati: Sub-teams of 1st Battalion NDRF carried out area sanitization and general awareness programmes at various locations here on Friday. The teams sprayed out disinfectant consisting of Sodium Hypochlorite in the following areas - Bijoynagar Primary Health Centre (PHC), Mirza Community Health Centre (CHC), Azara Primary Health Centre (PHC), Azara Railway station and Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) Borjhar. The teams made the locals aware to follow the Government guidelines, precautions and to support the lockdown to contain the spread of COVID-19.
