GUWAHATI: Aiming at inculcating entrepreneurial orientation within North East region to job creators rather than job seekers, Indian institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is going to organize first of its kind of NER Entrepreneurs’ Summit (NERES 1.0) under the sponsorship of North Eastern Council (NEC). IIE in collaboration with FINER (federation of Industry & Commerce of North Eastern Region) will offer the entrepreneurial minds across the NER states with a start-up grant of rupees five lakhs so as to open doors for many start-ups to scale who otherwise cannot move ahead of financial constraints. The officials of IIE and FINER on Tuesday said that the summit will offer a platform to the entrepreneurial minds to pitch their business ideas.
