GUWAHATI: The Excise department of Kamrup (M) has made it clear that the department has not issued any notification for issuing licences for IMFL OFF shops. The department has asked all people not to pay cash to anybody for such licences. Such an appeal has to be made as a rumour has been doing rounds in the State that the department is issuing licences for IMFL OFF shops.
