GUWAHATI: Diganta Barah, Commissioner of Police, Guwahati, inaugurated the new building of Garchuk Police Station on Sunday. The new building was built under the MOITRI scheme of the Government of Assam at a cost of Rs 2.47 crore. The new station is equipped with modern amenities to facilitate better service delivery by the police to the public and a better working environment.
