GUWAHATI: The Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has informed that power supply has been temporarily disconnected in certain areas of the city "to ensure electrical safety" in view of high water levels.
The areas include Ma Manasa Mandir Path at Rukminigaon, Pragati Path at Down Town, parts of Juripar, Namghar Path at Wireless-Survey, Bhaskar Nagar, an area near the Barsapara Stadium, Bishnu-Jyoti Path, Sijubari Masjid Path-Bishu-Jyoti Path, Saheb Ali Path at Sijubari, Sijubari Chariali, SK Baruah Path and Natun Path.
