GUWAHATI: The Assam Police carried out a reshuffle at the Inspector (UB) level. Most of them are officers in charge (OC) in police stations in Guwahati. The Inspector General of Police (Admin) issued an order stating that Pranjit Das, Police Commissionerate (PC), Guwahati, is transferred and posted in Border, Assam. Binanda Basumatary, PC, Guwahati, is transferred and posted as R.I. CDO, Bn. Mandakata. Prasanta Borah, PC, Guwahati, is transferred and posted as PTC Dergaon. Tinkumoni Bordoloi, PC, Guwahati, is transferred and posted as CID, Assam. Dipanta Phukan PC, Guwahati, is transferred and posted as RI 19th AP (IR) Bn Tengakhat. Nitul Das, PC, Guwahati, is transferred and posted as PTC Dergaon. Manjit Buragohain, PC, Guwahati, is transferred and posted as Border, Assam. Debajyoti Phukan, PC, Guwahati, is transferred and posted to RI 1st APBn, Ligiripukhuri.
The order further stated that Jyotishman Neog, who was posted as GRP, Assam, is transferred to PC, Guwahati. Hrishikesh Hazarika, who was posted in RI 19th API (IR)Bn Tengakhat, is transferred to PC, Guwahati. Biswajit Bhadra, who was posted as RI CDO Bn Mandakata, is transferred to PC, Guwahati. Uttam Tamang, who was posted as PTC Dergaon, is transferred to PC Guwahati. Dipak Das, who was posted as Karimganj, DEF, is transferred to PC, Guwahati. Joy Sankar Wary, who was posted as Hailakandi, DEF, is transferred to PC, Guwahati. Learnish Pegu, who was posted in Border, Assam, is transferred to PC, Guwahati. Satish Sahoo, who was posted as RI 1st APBn, Ligiripukhuri, is transferred to PC, Guwahati. Gourav Jyoti Chutia, who was posted as PTC Dergaon, is transferred to Kamrimganj, DEF.
