GUWAHATI: After almost five months, shopping malls across the city reopened on Tuesday during the Unlock 3 phase following the COVID-19 protocols. The mall authorities have taken proper measures to keep the mall's premises safe. Entry of customers without wearing a mask has been barred and the malls are operating with only 50 per cent employees. Arrangements have been made to follow social distancing norms along with sanitization facilities. "If a customer tries a t-shirt then it will be immediately sent to a separate room where it will be kept for 72 hours. After the period it will be added to the showroom following a proper sanitization process," said an employee of a showroom.
