GUWAHATI: The Chief Minister's Special Vigilance Cell has arrested four more people in connection with the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) scam. The names of the four people arrested on Friday are Manoj Das, Bidyut Kalita, David Adhikari, and Keshab Gogoi. New names are expected to be added to the list as the investigation goes on and more people are interrogated.
