GUWAHATI: A team of West Guwahati Police District from Fatasil Ambari Police Station arrested Prakash Sarkar alias HP (34) in an abandoned house at Ganeshpara Jyoti Path on Monday morning. The team seized six stolen mobile phones from his possession. On the other hand, a team of the Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) from Chandmari Police Station arrested Nikumoni Narzary (23) of Kamakhya Gate in connection with the theft of a scooty. The team recovered the stolen scooty from the Greenland Path at Baghorbori.
