GUWAHATI: A patrolling vehicle of Jalukbari Outpost seized two timber-laden trucks on Monday morning. The trucks were bearing registration numbers — AS25DC2618 and NL01AE1154.
While Segun wood valued at around Rs 8 lakh was seized from one truck, Pinewood with a market value of 2.5 lakh was seized from the other. The trucks were handed over to the forest department.
