GUWAHATI: The Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE) has asked all the teachers who are listed for the single transfer to join their new place of posting and update their profile. Recently, DEE published orders in 25 districts for single teacher transfers for lower primary (LP) and upper primary (UP) schools.
DEE, in an order, has asked all the selected teachers that “ He/She is directed to join his/her new place of posting within seven days after observing all the necessary formalities and reporting compliance.”
“The teacher is required to update his/her profile in the Siksha Setu and hrmsassam.in portals within five days of his/her joining the new schools,” the order added.
Each district-level committee and subsequent approval of the department of school education approved the assistant teachers of lower primary and upper primary schools for single transfers. The 25 districts are Barpeta, Bongaigaon, Cachar, Charaideo, Darang, Dhemaji, Dhubri, Dibrugarh, Goalpara, Golaghat, Hailakandi, Jorhat, Kamrup (M), Kamrup, Karbi Anglong, Karimganj, Lakhimpur, Majuli, Morigaon, Nagaon, Nalbari, Sonitpur, South Salmara, Tinsukia, and West Karbi Anglong.
