GUWAHATI: A team of West Guwahati Police District (WGPD) from Fatashil Ambari Police Station arrested five burglars involved in housebreaking and burglaries.
The four are identified as Md Rahul Haque alias Raja of Bharalupar; Jeet Deb alias Bangali of Bhaskar Nagar; Mohan Rajbhar of Dhapalia; Manoj Rajbongshi of Lal Ganesh; Md Noor Islam of Suntali; and Md Noor Mohammed Ali of Felkor.
The team conducted raids at two dump yards in Dhopoliya and Barsapara and seized stolen wires and two stolen mobile phones from their possession. Further investigation is being carried out.
