Mridul Agarwal

Mridul had his sights set on JEE Advanced, and he made history today by scoring the highest percentile ever in the IIT admission exam. He received 348 points (96 per cent). Chirag Falor, the JEE Advanced 2020 topper, has the distinction of having the highest marks to date, with 352/396. (88 per cent).

He did not attend the April session after getting a perfect score in the March event, instead of using the May session as a practice test for the Advanced exam. Because the sessions were postponed, He had extra time to prepare for JEE Advanced, and it was a good opportunity for him to test the waters before the exam.

Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google, is his motivation. He is his hero not only because he is one of the most influential people in the tech industry, but also because he followed in my footsteps. He had built a reputation for himself on a shoestring budget and aspired to do the same in his job. Mridul stated that he aspires to make significant contributions to India's technological progress.

His father, Pradeep Agarwal, is a private sector employee, while his mother, Pooja Agarwal, is a stay-at-home mom. His next ambition is to enrol at IIT Bombay for a BTech course in Computer Science Engineering (CSE). IIT Kharagpur is offering complete scholarships to the top-100 JEE Advanced rankers this year, but that hasn't swayed Mridul's opinion.
