GUWAHATI, April 17: Assamese film – Rodor Sithi – directed by Baharul Islam and produced by Ikramul Majid under the banner of 'Alterte Cinematics' received the best foreign film award in the prestigious 'Cada Intertiol Film Festival 2015' in the excellence category, bringing laurels to the tion.
The film Rodor Sithi (scarecrow) got the award from among the best ten foreign films selected from over 1,000 films from over 30 countries.
Director Bahrul Islam and producer Ikramul Majid received the award at the festival during April 11 and 12 at the Edgewater Casino in Cada. The award was presented by famous Cadian actor David C Jones.
