APSC is playing
with aspirants
It has been a year since we filled up forms for APSC CCE prelims, 2020. Recently APSC directed the DCs to find suitable venues and said that it intended to conduct the said prelims exam in the second half of August. We have been waiting for this moment for the last one yea,r and we job aspirants became happy knowing that the APSC is finally conducting the exam. But recently, the APSC secretary made a statement that due to the Covid protocols, it will not hold the exam in August. There is no surety when the APSC will conduct the exam.
Is the APSC trying to play with our lives? Almost all other competitive exams are taking place. For example, SBI clerk prelims, RRB exams are being held these days. With Covid-appropriate 19 measures, the APSC can conduct the CCE exam.
I wonder why this COVID-19 restriction does not prevent ministers from bringing out rallies supporting Olympic players. If this continues, the job aspirants will be severely depressed. I urge the APSC and the State Government to conduct the CCE prelims exam in August and stop playing with the lives of job aspirants.

UGC guidelines
Through your esteemed daily, I would like to showcase the news about the new guidelines presented by the UGC due to the present conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. The following guidelines seem to bring pressure to the students. The UGC asked educational institutions to start the new undergraduate and postgraduate sessions by October. And examinations should commence in August. Most universities have completed the fifth semester final by the first week of July.
It is becoming impossible for the students to cope up with their studies. The sudden guidelines of the UGC has led to trauma among the students.

Responsibility
of dog owners
Dogs have been one of the most trustworthy animals among all the animals tamed by human beings since ancient times. It's very loyal and never betrays its owner. It is also very obedient, so it is a very popular pet worldwide.
I've observed that some of the so-called gentlemen in the area where I reside use to make their pet dog excrete on the public road when they take it on a walk or use to throw away the animal excreta on the road. They use to take all the responsibilities of their dog, use to feed it good packaged food. They even allow it to seat in their car, but when they are to dispose of its excreta properly in the trash bin, then they are unable to take that particular responsibility. It's okay, every time it's not possible to dispose of it in the trash bin. But we do have another option. We can even dispose of it in our toilets. It's also hygienic.
But when we ask them to do so then they use to put the whole blame on the poor little innocent dog, saying that their dog likes to excrete on the roads and has a habit of doing so. I've already mentioned above that dog is a very obedient pet. If its owner doesn't allow it to excrete in public places, then it will never do so. It is the owner who wants to get rid of taking another boring responsibility of disposing of its faeces. They should be responsible for the problems other people face.

It has been 22 long years, Kargil sector which is a part of the Kargil district and also termed as the joint capital of the Union territory of Ladakh, witnessed the Kargil conflict fought between India and Pakistan till July 26, 1999, which started on May 3, 1999.
Many renowned Commanders and Leaders of our country Gen Ved Prakash Malik (chief of the Army Staff), Lt Gen Chandra Shekar (vice chief of the Army Staff), ACM Anil Yashwant Tipnis (chief of the Air Staff) played an important role during the war under the leadership of KR Narayanan (President of India) and Atal Bihari Vajpayee (Prime Minister of India) which results to complete elimination of Pakistan belligerent from illogical territorial possession of Kargil and India regains the possession of Kargil by the honour of 527 Martyrs.
On the other hand, Pakistan didn't have the actual numbers of their militants killed by their government, though lately, the US Department of State estimated the value as 700 killed as an Independent figure which deliberately Pakistan government figured out as 2700-4000 killed as according to Nawaz Sharif Government. They don't have the actual estimate values to date. The Indian Army declared the mission successful on July 26, 1999, since then the day has been celebrated annually as Kargil Vijay Diwas.
