When we think of Raax, we feel something good. After the unbearable hot days, a soft taste of mist seems to begin the pure preparations to cool nature. This calm-cool feeling that comes down to the environment and body and mind seem to make everyone more enterprising. As expected, it makes people very enterprising. It seems that there is a positive atmosphere in the environment and nature around this time. In fact, with the arrival of Raax, everyone's hearts are filled with joy and that joy makes the surroundings of the Raax venue beautiful. The aesthetic beauty and spirituality of Raax can be felt in the beautiful surroundings of the Raax venue, with a sense of supreme joy in the heart.

However, when we talk about Raax, we have to talk about the origin of the word Raax. The word is believed to be derived primarily from the word 'Rox'. This is because the sweetness of 'Rox' is clearly mentioned in the 'Kirtan Ghoxa' as being similar to Raax. Accordingly, the character of Lord Shri Krishna must be told.

In autumn, Vrindavan blossom with many kinds of flowers. The autumn nights are beautiful, the kingdom of nature is magical in the sweet light. On this magical night, people's minds and souls are truly excited. In that magical night of Vrindavan, one night Krishna wanted to do Raax Leela. When the moon appeared in its full form and the rays of the unbroken moon illuminated the entire Vrindavan, Krishna began to sing with a beautiful voice. The gopis were fascinated by the sweet songs in Krishna's voice and left other work and began to think of the sweet idol of Krishna. Thereafter, the gopis rushed to Vrindavan, eager to see Krishna. Their earrings began to shake as they ran. Instantly Krishna settled in the heart of gopis. Ignoring even the nursing child, several gopis left their husbands to care for them and rushed to him at the sweet sound of Krishna's flute. While some gopis were drawing milk from the cow, some were churning yogurt, some were eating, they began to run to Krishna, fascinated by his songs. In short, all the gopis were attracted to the songs of Krishna and were overjoyed. The devotees are overwhelmed when they hear about Krishna and forget about sons and wives, on the other hand, they pay no attention to that happiness, that is, worldly happiness. Similarly, the gopis ran to Krishna despite everything. The gopis were so fascinated and attracted by the sweet sound of Krishna's songs that they became confused. Therefore, their hearts were very excited. In fact, Krishna was able to capture the hearts of the gopis. At that time, the gopis lost consciousness. In that state, some of the gopis took off gemstone bangles and wore them on their feet. Someone wears an anklet on her hand and a necklace on her waist. They were clothes and ornaments indecently. Some of them, eager to meet Krishna, wore a crown on their heads and a net sari on their bodies on the way. The sole purpose of this gopis was to attain Krishna. The devotees' intention didn't fail. The husbands, sons and brothers of the gopis stopped them and forbade them to leave. But none of their families could take back the gopis whose hearts were taken away by Krishna. Fascinated, all the gopis hurried away as if the devotee could not be anchored by obstacles. Unable to go, many gopis embraced Krishna in their minds. In fact, when the gopis closed their eyes and began to meditate on Krishna, they saw him in their hearts. They embraced transcendentally and felt supreme love in that heavenly moment. Tears began to flow from eyes of the gopis in incomparable joy. Then the pain of their separation from Krishna was relieved. As a result of embracing Krishna, sacred feelings were available in the hearts of those gopis. The work bondage was also destroyed in the thought of Krishna. As a result, they left their human bodies and merged in Krishna.

Conclusion: Raax is the character of Lord Shri Krishna. There is more to write about Raax Leela but it's not easy to present it in a single article. However, Raax is a Krishna culture, it's the lifeblood of the Assamese people. Therefore, Raax will be celebrated with great enthusiasm in different parts of Assam every year in the autumn season.
