Article 15: CBFC Passes Ayushmann Khurrana Starrer After Cuts And Changes

The film Article 15 of Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana was granted UA certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) in the wake of recommending four major cuts in the film with two visual and two audio cuts.

Apart from removing the visual of the national flag falling in flame halfway into the film and decreasing 30% of visuals showing beating up of individuals before that, an AWBI (Animal Welfare Board of India) compliance certificate was likewise demanded from the makers. The CBFC likewise requested two sound changes, proposing that a word with sexual overtones ought to be supplanted with "saala" and a "slanderous word directed towards guardians" with "karamjali".

Ayushmann Khurrana is returning off an excellent 2018 wherever he delivered 2 massive hits – comedy Badhaai Ho and adventure story Andhadhun. It appears in terms of quaint storylines and standout characters, he has 2019 seamed up too.

The film stars Nushrat Bharucha and Manjot Singh in important roles and is being directed by Raaj Shaandilya. “I am thrilled to work with Ayushmann and director Raaj Shaandilyaa. It is one of the funniest scripts I have read in a while and the journey has been super fun,” Manjot recently said. The film is being produced by Ekta Kapoor.
