MUMBAI: The Besharam Rang controversy surrounding Pathaan, the Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone film, is far from over. From social media trolls and the moral police to politicians who make sexist statements. The next spy-thriller starring Shah Rukh and Deepika is the talk of the town. Because Deepika is seen in a scene from Besharam Rang sporting a saffron bikini, some religious organisations have also called for the movie's ban. Narottam Mishra, the home minister for Madhya Pradesh, strongly criticised the song and its creators, connecting the colour to beliefs and tradition. The Mumbai police have now received an FIR in relation to the song.

According to the police complaint, using the colour saffron "intentionally" to upset Hindus is spreading vulgarity since it plays on people's religious sensibilities. On Saturday, the FIR was filed at the Sakinaka police station in Mumbai. SRK and Deepika effigies were set on fire by protestors amid fierce demonstrations from right-wing organisations. In an interview with Indian Express, Ratna Pathak Shah remarked, "If these are the things that are on your mind, I would say we are living in pretty stupid times. It's not something I'd like to discuss much or pay much weight to.

Additionally, Salman Khan makes a lengthy cameo appearance in the movie Pathaan, which also stars John Abraham in a key part. On January 25, 2023, the movie debuts.

Yash Raj Films is getting ready to release Jhoome Jo Pathaan, the second song from the movie, despite the numerous problems that have surrounded Pathaan's Besharam Rang. On Tuesday, Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan unveiled the first visual for their upcoming duet.

In this ensemble, Deepika Padukone is wearing a brown outfit with silver boots, and Shah Rukh Khan has his hair tied back and is wearing a white shirt. A yellow classic automobile serves as the backdrop for their photo. A December 22 release date has been set for the single. The singer, Arijit Singh, has performed the song, the actor disclosed in a recent #AskSRK session.
