First Look At Hrithik Roshan In Crime Thriller Remake 'Vikram Vedha'

The first look of Hrithik Roshan in the crime thriller ‘Vikram Vedha’ has been unveiled by the makers on his 48th birthday on 10 January 2022.

MUMBAI: The first look of Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan in the crime thriller 'Vikram Vedha' has been unveiled on his 48th birthday i.e. on 10 January 2022.

The production companies of the film Reliance Entertainment and T series shared the first look to mark the birthday of the actor and to make the day special for fans.

Along with the new poster, the makers on Monday 10 January also announced the theatrical release date of the movie which is scheduled as 30 September 2022.

Vikram Vedha is a Hindi remake of a Tamil neo-noir blockbuster crime thriller with the same title written and directed by Gayatri along with Pushkar and released in 2017. The film with the brilliant performance of R. Madhavan and Vijay Sithupathi in leads gained massive success in India and also internationally.

The first glimpse of Hritik Roshan as Vedhu shows the intense, fierce look of the actor with blood on his face and neck, wearing a blue kurta. The picture with such a powerful look by Hritik Roshan has already won hearts. Hritik took to Instagram to share his first look in the upcoming movie as Vedha.

In the earlier version of the film, Vijay Sithupathi played the lead role which will be played this time by Hritik Roshan. Other casts that will play important roles along with Hritik are Saif Ali Khan and Radhika Apte. The 2022 Hindi version of Vikram Vedha is also directed by the writer-director duo of the original version, Gayatri and Pushkar.

The story of the film will be based on cops and gangster fights where a strict police officer starts a mission of tracking and killing a gangster who appears to be tough enough to get caught.

Hrithik in the film will be seen as the gangster named Vedhu and the role of a tough police officer named Vikram will be played by Saif Ali Khan.

The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar and S Sashikanth under the T series and Reliance Entertainment in collaboration with YNOT studios production and Friday Filmwork.
