MUMBAI: The crime thriller film 'Love Hostel' directed by Shanker Raman starring Vikrant Messy and Sanya Malhotra in lead roles will be made available to watch on Zee5 original on 25 February 2022.

The film is produced by Gauri Khan in association with Gaurav Verma and Manish Mundra under Drishyam films and Red Chillies Entertainment, the production house operated by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

Apart from Sanya Malhotra and Vikrant Messy, the web-thriller also featured actor Bobby Deol in key roles.

The film set in the towns of Haryana shows the concept of love marriage that is still regarded as a sin against Indian tradition. It depicts the young lovers suffering and facing violence in the process of love marriage.

Love Hostel gives a clear picture of how powerful people, politicians and different communities cross every limit in order to maintain their status in society.

The story revolves around a couple in love and the idea of political power affecting authorities in the country. The narrative mainly takes the audience in a world where individuals and families are controlled and dominated.

All the characters are accordingly presented with a Haryanvi accent making the screenplay more interesting. Slang languages are added in dialogues and sentences to make the story look more natural.

Vikrant Messy appearing in the film as Ahmed Aka Ashu Shokeen has played his role with full dedication making the film a lot more worth watching.

Vikrant is not assumed as a thriller or action hero by many because of his light, kind-hearted, sweet and loveable characters in other films but his performance in Love Hostel will amaze many.

His onscreen presence is always loved by viewers and this time as a thriller hero the actor is already winning hearts.

On the other hand, the film's female lead Sanya Malhotra playing the character of Jyoti Dilawar also stands out setting an example of a bold and impulsive woman.

Bobby Deol as Dagar in the film gives an intense lookout by appearing as a villain who is a cold-blooded murderer. So it can be concluded that the film is a good one-time watch directly getting released on Zee5.
