Fitness is No Longer About Going to Gym: Hrithik Roshan

Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan says that just going to the gym will no longer help youngsters looking to build body as they need to adopt a holistic approach. He believes that all they need is discipline, education, information, and guidance to achieve their goal. Hrithik Roshan, on among the actors who focus a great deal on physical fitness says that health and fitness don’t only mean body or the exercise. It also means one's mind, heart, and spirit.

The actor talked with the reporters on Saturday while announcing the launch of three fitness centers of Curefit Healthcare, a company he has invested in. Hrithik, who has co-created workouts and routines for Curefit under his brand HRX, said he was happy to be part of Curefit where “so many things are integrated into one.”

“One contribution that I can ever make to my fans, to people, to the children of this country and the world is on the lines of health and fitness,” said Hrithik, who declined to divulge the equity he holds in the company. Hrithik said the human potential that has been discovered is unlimited and that people want to be better than what they are now. “The holistic approach that Curefit offers is going to change the way people look at gym and exercise,” he added. Launched two years ago, Curefit plans to expand rapidly by opening more centres in different parts of the country.

Hrithik is currently shooting for the movie 'Super 30'. After this, he will begin shooting for Siddharth Anand's film, which also stars Tiger Shroff.

And the good news is that fans of Krrish can look forward to not just one, but two installments of the superhero fans. 'Krrish 4' and 'Krrish 5' will be worked on simultaneously as a two-part series model that worked for 'Baahubali'. The series is slated to release in 2020 and 2021.
