Kanakam Kamini Kalaham is a Malayalam satire comedy film directed by Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval has been released on 12 November on the OTT platform of Disney plus Hotstar.

The movie cast includes Nivin Pauly, Grace Antony, Vinay Forrt in the lead roles, and Joy Mathew, Sudheesh, Jaffar Idukki, Sivadasan Kannur, and Vincy Aloshious in other supporting roles.

The film revolves around the circumstances and situations in a hotel where Nivin Paul and his wife decided to go for a break to g a chance to save their relationship.

The story starts as Grace Antony playing the role of Haripriya appears as a former serial actress who is not satisfied with her unromantic married life. Nivin Pauly plays the role of her husband appearing as Pavitran in the film who tried to save his marriage life using a plan B attempting to satisfy his wife Haripriya gifting her with gold earrings.

The couple then decided to take a break and went to the Hilltop Hotel in Munnar where they met all the 'madmen'. The hotel manager is Vinay Fortt plays the role of Joey who handles an incompetent hotel staff and a temperamental girlfriend. Pavitran and Haripriya's decision to spend their time in that hotel makes the situation more complicated and then the film revolves around different situations that occur in Mannar Hotel.

The film shows the sacrifices that women make for their marriage by compromising with her life. The bond between the husband and wife turns with a hilarious twist at the end of the film. The 2-hour film falls short for the story but made the audience laugh with its satirical comedy of comic play on dialogues and good humor. Both Nivin Pauly and Grace Antony impressed the audience with their charm and acting skills. Cinematography by Vinod Illampally and music by Yakzan Gary also played an important role in making the movie more engaging.
