Kylie Cosmetics founder Kylie Jenner became the first woman to reach 300 million followers on the photo and video-sharing platform. With this, Kylie becomes the most-followed woman on Instagram, beating pop star Ariana Grande who previously held the record.

Kylie Jenner, 24, is second only to player Cristiano Ronaldo in terms of Instagram followers. With 388 million followers, he is the most followed person on Instagram. With 460 million followers, Instagram's official account is the most popular.

Despite keeping a quiet profile on Instagram over the previous few months, Kylie was able to reach the 300 million mark.

After the Astroworld tragedy in November, the reality TV star, who is expecting her second child with rapper Travis Scott, took a sabbatical from social media. The crowd began pressing toward the stage as Scott was playing, killing ten people and injuring scores more at the Astroworld Festival

On Christmas 2021, she broke her self-imposed social media silence by posting a throwback photo of mother Kris Jenner on Instagram. Kylie has already released two more Instagram photographs, both of which appear to be from her pregnant photoshoots.

Kylie Jenner previously held the title of the most-liked Instagram photo. Since being shared in 2018, the photo of her daughter Stormi has received over 18.3 million 'likes.' However, in early 2019, Kylie lost the world record for most 'liked' photos to a photograph of an egg.

Kylie Jenner became famous after appearing on the TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian, as well as Kendall Jenner, all made appearances.
