Shah Rukh Khan's eldest son Aryan Khan has been released from Arthur Road Jail, Mumbai on Saturday. After a lot of efforts from the family and legal team, Aryan Khan was finally granted bail in the Narcotics Control Bureau Mumbai cruise Ship drug case.
Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan finally got relief as the case took a long time of almost a month to settle down.
The legal team of actor Shah Rukh Khan did all their best to release Aryan from jail and now Aryan is finally with his family at their Mannat home. The bail though is not complete freedom to Aryan Khan and the court has made it clear through a stamped order of a five-page long list. Aryan Khan still needs to have the patience to keep himself out of trouble. The list includes all those Aryan is allowed to do and not allowed to do. The Bombay High Court declared that Aryan must follow the conditions of bail and on not following the order he will risk going back to jail.
Aryan along with his co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha have to execute a PR Bond of Rupees 1 lakh with one or more sureties in the same amount. They were ordered not to get involved in any such cases of drugs for which they were charged with.
At the time of bail, the conditions for their release included submitting their passports to the court immediately without any delay. The order mentioned that Aryan and other accused cannot move out of the country without consent from the Special court.
All of them are ordered to keep visiting the office of NCB every Friday at the time between 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM to let the authority know about their presence.
They are not allowed to make statements or share anything on Social media about the issues and procedures pending in the Special court. All of the accused persons are also ordered to co-operate with NCB authorities in the process of investigation and be present whenever they're called upon. They are not allowed to delay the given trial under any conditions or circumstances.
At last, if Aryan Khan Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha are somehow seen in violation of these terms and conditions from the court, it will lead the NCB to immediately apply before the Special Court for the termination of their bail.
