K-Pop evolved into a more creative and immersive sophisticated form of art that has its unique themes and beautiful concepts with no rules during its creation.
K-Pop became popular in America because of the power of its fans when BoA and Wonder Girls became the first K-pop stars to chart on the Billboard 200 and Hot 100 in the year 2009. The result of the unique content of K-Pop and its imperfections with problems is something because of which fans from the entire world are getting to grips with K-Pop music very fast.
The first K-pop girl group was S.E.S. which stands for Sea, Eugene, and Shoo. The K- Pop vulture has a huge impact on the youth of today as the concepts are primarily modern but authentic revolving around youth and self-acceptance. The K-Pop has a diehard fan base and with its level of engagement in various streaming parties, memes, philanthropic projects organized worldwide, and fan art attracts attention from both the music industry and the general public. The fans dedicated to K- Pop music led to the success of girls group Blackpink's song Ddu-Du Ddu-Du which has become the first song by a Korean group to hit one billion views on YouTube views.
At present K-Pop has become a well-known entity in the mainstream hive mind. This year the girl band Blackpink headlined the Coachella festival which is the debut album from supergroup SUPERM went to #1 on Billboard's Hot 200, NCT 127 seen on everything from Beats 1 to The Late Late Show with James Corden to PeopleTV including dozens of idol groups new and already established, sold-out venues from all over the world.
