NEW DELHI: Mobile phone manufacturing giant Apple launched its iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro Series on Tuesday. The launch of the expensive cell phones made headlines across the globe, but there was another thing which has garnered a lot of attention from people. It was the song / tune played during the launch event which has become a "hot topic" on social media. Desi Twitter users have identified it as the tune of the 1971 song Dum Maro Dum, composed by Rahul Dev Burman and sung by Asha Bhosle.
The song which was played during the Apple event 2021 set social media on fire as Bollywood fans shared their emotions on Twitter and confirmed that they have heard the tune in the event.
It may be mentioned that Apple during the launch of its phones has announced the India pricing of the new iPhones. Besides, Flipkart has listed the upcoming iPhone 13 series on its platform with a "coming soon" tag. Customers can expect some exclusive launch offers on the new phones at the time of sale. The iPhone 13 series phones have been listed only on Flipkart among all the e-commerce platforms. The iPhone 13 series has a similar design like the iPhone 12 series, but it has a better processor, battery life and camera.
The new iPhones run iOS 15 and are powered by Apple's latest A15 Bionic chipset. As per the company, the processor is 50 per cent faster as compared to its competition available in the market.
The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini comes in 6.1-inch and 5.4-inch displays featuring Ceramic Shield on the front. The improved Super Retina XDR OLED displays deliver a contrast ratio for true blacks and a 28 per cent increase in max outdoor brightness at 800 nits, with higher peak brightness for HDR content like photos and videos at 1200 nits, all while being more power-efficient.
